David is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Assist Wireless. He brings more than 20 years of wireless/telecom experience to our team. He has spent decades providing cash-strapped consumers the best in wireless and telephone services. David brings the expanding Assist Wireless network innovative leadership, customer-centric solutions and years of effectively navigating the ins and outs of regulatory compliance.

JD brings over 14 years wireless experience before joining Assist Wireless in 2015. With such an extensive background in wireless JD is able to expeditiously improve processes in sales, operations, logistics, compliance, systems and reporting. JD was the recipient of the AT&T Summit Award in 2015 and was a Verizon Wireless Winner's Circle recipient 3 times. JD is a graduate of the University of North Texas and enjoys volunteering for the Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity.

Jordan comes to Assist Wireless with five years of wireless compliance experience and more than a decade of general marketing expertise. Jordan has worked with such brands as Harley Davidson, Godiva, Goodyear and Wireless Zone. He has been quoted by GD USA magazine, eMarketer and Multichannel Merchant publications. He sees his primary mission as helping shape a brand image and voice that will put Assist Wireless on the map and deliver bottom-line results. Jordan has served his community by volunteering more than 140 hours to the Chester County Food Bank.

Scott brings over a decade of wireless experience including retail sales, operations, and merchandising. During Scott's career, he successfully launched Verizon Wireless at RadioShack and owned Postpaid and Prepaid P&Ls for 4,000+ locations. Scott is highly skilled in project management and an expert in Workforce Management. Scott led a development team responsible for bi-weekly payroll services at Walmart amassing over $1.2B.

Lesli joined Assist Wireless in early 2017 with almost a decade of experience overseeing the day-to-day operations and staff assigned to a variety of projects. She has demonstrated ability coordinating between multiple departments at all levels of the organization and in different locations across large regions with a proven track record motivating teams to achieve beyond organizational goals while remaining within budgets and on schedule. Lesli is a graduate of West Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Mass Communications and Advertising/Public Relations

Shawn comes to ViaOne Services as a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with an impressive track record of success, running some of the most successful Cricket Wireless locations across the country. When he first joined in 2016, Shawn was tasked with directing our retail locations, management, and owners to increase profitability, compliance, and overall effectiveness. Now, he is now responsible for all of the procurement of handsets and tablets, which entails price negotiations, contract review, vendor management, and the warehouse staff overall.

Marjorie joined Assist Wireless in 2015 with over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience. Prior to ViaOne, she worked in public accounting for KPMG Peat Marwick for 4 years and for Avon Products, Inc. headquarters NY for over 20 years. Her responsibilities include management of forecasting and analysis along with overseeing proper Accounting and Reporting for the ViaOne companies. Marjorie is a graduate of the University of Denver, Colorado with a Bachelors in Accounting and is a CPA.

Lifeline Program

Due to sharing many of the same eligibility requirements those currently enrolled in the lifeline program may qualify for The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) also.

Pension Grant Letter, should contain the following basic information:

Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)

FPHA award letter, should contain the following basic information:

  • Name of the program,
  • Date of the award,
  • Name of the beneficiary, and
  • Award amount.

Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

Approval Letter or Benefit Statement issued by the SSA, or on SSA letterhead.

  • Consumer’s name
